Changes to the Millstone Effluent Control Program due to Unit 1 Shutdown Unit 1 at the Millstone Power Station was permanently shutdown in 1996. By April 1, 2001, extensive work had been completed to separate systems connected to operating portions of the site and to place Unit 1 in a safe "cold and dark" condition. This work necessitated changes to the Radiological Effluent Control Program. These changes will be discussed. |
