The Millstone Power Station has been working to improve the processes for controlling releases of radioactivity in effluents. This involves an effort to globally define the Radiological Effluent Control Program and efforts to develop and/or improve some elements of the program. Definition of the program and specific areas of development and improvement will be discussed. Lessons learned will be shared which may be helpful to other plants.
