ABSTRACT

Evaluation of an Agricultural Dose Pathway Presenter:  Jim Key, Key Solutions, Inc. Concern developed over an unevaluated dose pathway arising from on-site agricultural activity.  Based upon site information, it was apparent that dose for an on-site and an off-site receptor should be examined. The on-site receptor of concern was the agricultural worker that would be present at locations very close to the plant.   Due to the close proximity to the release points, the potential for high airborne and ground plane concentrations and the nature of agricultural work, soil re-suspension dose pathways not normally considered for routine ODCM calculations were included in the dose assessment.
