History of the RETS-REMP Workshop
|
The first workshop was held in Baltimore, MD, in 1991, and was
sponsored by Baltimore Gas & Electric. Following that meeting, the
value of such a forum was recognized by both the utilities and NRC,
and has been held annually since that time. Although the workshops
have been hosted by utilities in NRC Region 1, the meetings have been
regularly attended by utilities and regulators in each of the various
NRC regions, as well as from nuclear utilities outside of the U.S.
